John’s approach to team coaching may begin with individual conversations to understand individual’s context, engagement, perspectives and strengths. Following a review of findings John may use carefully selected exercises to help the team to identify common group behaviours, demonstrate gaps in perception and work together in a manner that creates shared group understanding and increases effectiveness.
Programmes of development to reinforce new ways of working are offered to consolidate change, with individual conversations and evaluation used to ensure the team follows through on their commitments.
